Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tiger888 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, tiger888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or game results, and forfeit any balances including deposits and bonus funds held in those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tiger888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tiger888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify tiger888 immediately at support@tiger888 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All player accounts on tiger888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and all game balances are displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, subject to method availability. tiger888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's own name.

4.3 Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit is not credited to your account within the expected timeframe, or if a transaction appears to have failed, you must contact tiger888 support at support@tiger888 with proof of the transaction. Do not attempt to re-initiate the payment until you have received confirmation from the support team. tiger888 will not be responsible for duplicate payments arising from re-initiated transactions without support guidance.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Some promotions on tiger888 are available only to players who meet specific eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit history, geographic location within Bangladesh, or minimum account age. tiger888 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from any player at any time if eligibility criteria are found not to be met.

Prohibited Conduct

By using the tiger888 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one tiger888 account for the purpose of circumventing platform rules, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension or closure.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in live poker, co-ordinating bets in team sports markets, or any other form of coordinated play designed to exploit the platform.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the tiger888 platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using tiger888 as a vehicle to launder funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, errors in odds, or incorrect bonus configurations. Any winnings derived from a manifest error may be voided at tiger888's discretion.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language or conduct toward tiger888 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

tiger888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. In circumstances where a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified, tiger888 may take immediate action without prior notice. In all other cases, tiger888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before taking account action.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by tiger888.
• Initiation of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without a login or financial transaction.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your tiger888 account at any time by contacting the support team at support@tiger888. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity). tiger888 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month to dormant account balances after this period, provided the account balance remains above zero. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tiger888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the tiger888 platform or any services provided thereon.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, tiger888 shall not be liable for: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data; interruption of service; errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunction; any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard; or any loss arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the tiger888 platform.

The tiger888 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tiger888 uses reasonable commercial efforts to maintain platform availability and security, it does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the tiger888 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
